What was supposed to be a peaceful snow camping trip quickly turned into a full-on escape mission! I woke up to 6–8 inches of snow (when the forecast said 1–2!) — and my 2WD Dodge Promaster was buried. With front-wheel drive, no 4×4, and only my BF Goodrich tires to rely on, I had to find a way out before the snow started to melt, refreeze, and trap me for good.
